Use of the service

Agent Toolbox provides free tools, a directory and an API "as is". You may use them for personal and commercial purposes. Do not abuse the API, attempt to bypass rate limits, or use the service for unlawful purposes.

No warranty

Outputs such as token counts and cost estimates are approximations. Verify prices and results with the relevant providers. We are not liable for decisions made based on the tools.

Third-party links

The directory links to third-party sites we do not control. Featured listings are paid placements; affiliate links may earn us a commission. Neither is an endorsement.

Paid plans

Featured listings and Pro API plans are billed via Stripe on a recurring basis until cancelled. Contact us to cancel. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Agent Toolbox is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and total liability is limited to amounts you paid us in the prior 12 months.
